Through its rental assistance programs, the WPBHA also works with thousands of rental property owners throughout Palm Beach County, collaborating to provide thousands of units of high-quality affordable housing. RFQ and RFP

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES WITH WPBHA
 
•Invitation For Bids The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) is requesting sealed bids from licensed General/Building Contractors, to modify 148 residential units, at its elderly Southridge Community.
 
•Invitation For Bids The West Palm Beach Housing Authority is requesting bids from licensed general contractors to remove and install hurricane impact windows and doors in one hundred and twenty (120) units at its Twin Lakes Development and to remove and install hurricane resistant windows and doors in forty-four (44) units and replace 11 rooftops at its Colony Oaks Development.
